We provide strategic consultancy support and focused tactical management to premium brands as an important element of their growth strategy, specialising in a collaborative approach that bridges resource or knowledge gaps.

Paul Mackman | Managing Director
Paul Mackman is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of the Mackman Group. Paul is a Chartered Marketer, Fellow and current Vice Chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) East of England Regional Board. Paul is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Chair of a leading Suffolk charity The Bridge Project. Paul’s broad commercial and practical marketing experience allows him to support the successful delivery of full-service programmes, achieving positive business results for the client.
Gemma Mackman | Research Director
Dr Gemma Mackman is a Co-Founder and Research Director of the Mackman Group. As a member of the Market Research Society, Gemma has honed her expertise over 20+ years and can design methodologies and tailor research projects to provide data-driven insights that benefit the client’s ongoing success. Gemma’s professional career has equipped her with a comprehensive knowledge of business practices across a broad range of sectors.
Bruce Burgoyne | Creative Director
Creative Director, Bruce Burgoyne, has over 20 years of experience as a multi-disciplinary designer bridging brand and digital design. Bruce’s expertise covers our projects’ strategic, creative and business development aspects. He has hands-on expertise transforming business brands and websites in line with the customer’s ideal user journey and maximising its commerciality.
Lydia Boyden | HR Manager
Lydia Boyden is a qualified CIPD HR professional with over 12 years of experience delivering HR consultancy services to a broad range of private and public sector employers. Lydia is known for her strategic and data-driven approach, enabling clients to make smart decisions to positively impact their business, witness subsequent growth and improve employee relations.
Chloe Kichenbrand | Operations Manager
As Group Operations Manager, Chloe oversees client liaison and resource management across the Mackman Group and its divisions. She works collaboratively with colleagues to develop internal processes and ensure the smooth delivery of projects. With a background in creative, she can provide additional insight into brand and website projects.
