Paul Mackman is an experienced strategic consultant, non-executive director, and business leader specialising in brand, organisational development, and purposeful growth. As co-founder and Managing Director of Mackman Group—a B Corp certified organisation—Paul has spent over two decades helping ambitious organisations navigate change, define their purpose, and build meaningful relationships with their audiences.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (FCIPR), Paul combines strategic insight with a values-led approach. His consultancy work spans branding, stakeholder engagement, impact measurement, and the alignment of internal and external messaging. He is also a regular contributor to thought leadership on ethical marketing, regulation, and the evolving role of business in society.
Paul leads many of Mackman Group’s flagship client projects, often working directly with Boards, CEOs, and senior teams. He brings together cross-functional insight from research, marketing, HR, and communications to develop integrated strategies that balance short-term results with long-term brand health.
He also serves as a Non-Executive Director and as a trustee across several organisations, including the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the charity sector, and is a vocal advocate for sustainable, inclusive business practices.
