ISO IEC 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management
Mackman Group is certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023 by Citation ISO Certification.
ISO/IEC 42001 specifies requirements for an artificial intelligence management system. It helps organisations establish policies, responsibilities and processes for responsible development or use of AI and for managing related risks and opportunities.
At Mackman Group this includes approved platforms, staff training, an AI register, risk and impact assessments, supplier review, data rules, prohibited uses, defined human oversight and consideration of ethical and environmental impacts.
ISO IEC 27001 Information Security Management
Mackman Group is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by Citation ISO Certification.
The standard provides a structured information security management system. It helps us identify and manage risks affecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information across people, processes and technology.
Our system applies across Mackman Group and its divisions.
Cyber Essentials Plus
Mackman Group holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
The National Cyber Security Centre describes Cyber Essentials as the Government recommended minimum standard of cyber security for organisations of all sizes. Cyber Essentials Plus covers the same five core technical controls as Cyber Essentials and adds independent technical testing to verify that those controls work in practice.
Certified B Corporation
Mackman Group is a certified B Corporation. B Corp certification reflects a wider commitment to responsible business and consideration of the impact of decisions on workers, clients, communities and the environment.
This informs the ethical and environmental context within which we make technology decisions. B Corp is not an AI or information security standard, but it is an important part of why responsible governance matters to us.

Mackman Research is an MRS Company Partner. This commits the research division to recognised professional standards and supports responsible treatment of participants, clients, data and evidence.
The MRS Code and guidance on AI and related technologies sit alongside our Group management systems.
