Lydia leads the HR and people function at Mackman Group, guiding policy, culture, and wellbeing across the organisation. A CIPD-qualified practitioner and founder of Red Kite HR Services, she brings more than ten years’ experience advising private and public sector leaders on employee relations, policy development, culture change, and legal compliance.

Lydia also plays an important role in blended client projects delivered by Mackman Group, particularly where brand, research, and marketing activity interfaces with internal culture, people strategy, or organisational development. She contributes HR insight to ensure that solutions are not only externally aligned but also internally sustainable, compliant, and in tune with workplace dynamics.

At Mackman, Lydia provides trusted counsel to the leadership team on all aspects of people strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and adherence to employment legislation. She is also instrumental in advancing equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI), and wellbeing initiatives.
